1.Material composition

RSC boxes are constructed from corrugated cardboard, which consists of three main layers: two outer linerboards and a fluted inner layer.
The linerboards are made from Kraft paper or recycled paperboard and provide strength and rigidity to the box.
The fluted layer, situated between the linerboards, adds cushioning and protection, as well as rigidity to the structure.

2.Structure and Design

RSC boxes have a straightforward and versatile design, featuring four flaps—two on the top and two on the bottom—that meet at the center when closed.
The flaps are typically of equal length and are sealed using adhesive, tapes.
RSC boxes have scored fold lines along the length of the flaps, allowing them to be easily folded and closed securely.

3.Dimensions and Customization

RSC boxes come in a variety of standard sizes and number of layer, ranging from small to large and 3ply,5ply,7ply to accommodate different products and shipping needs.
They can also be custom manufactured to specific dimensions to fit unique product requirements.
Customization options may include altering the length, width, and height of the box, as well as adding flexo and offset printing on brown and white papers in different GSMs.

4. Usage and Applications:

RSC boxes are suitable for a wide range of packaging and shipping applications across various industries, including e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, distribution and packer and movers.
They are commonly used to package and protect products such as consumer goods, electronics, apparel, books, and more.
RSC boxes are versatile and can be used for shipping individual items, as well as for bulk shipments on pallets.

5. Product Protection

The sturdy construction of RSC boxes provides reliable protection for products during transit and handling.
The fluted inner layer absorbs shocks and impacts, while the outer linerboards offer structural support and resistance to compression.
Additional cushioning materials, such as bubble wrap, foam inserts, or packing peanuts, can be used to further protect fragile or delicate items.
